If you have concerns over lead in your drinking water supply. We can replace your lead supply pipework and coordinate in your application to the Thames Water Lead Pipe Replacement Scheme.

We use state-of-the-art leak detection equipment to pinpoint non-visible leaks on mains water supply pipework and internal plumbing system before effectively repairing the leak.

Low Water Pressure

If you're experiencing low water pressure or poor flow rates, give us a call. We can identify the limitations in your water supply and offer practical solutions to solve it

New Water Connections

If you're in the process of applying for a new or replacement water connection through Thames Water Developer Services. We can install your new supply pipework and certify it for connection.

Our CIPHE membership and Approved Contractor status confirm recognised professional competence in plumbing and mains water work, allowing us to self-certify qualifying work under the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and assure customers that installations and repairs meet required standards.

This provides customers and water suppliers with confidence that work is carried out to recognised professional standards.

WaterSafe – Local Approved Plumbers

WaterSafe is the national register of locally approved plumbers and supply pipe contractors, supported by UK water companies.

Through our Approved Contractor status, we support the scheme by helping customers identify trusted, water company–recognised contractors authorised to work on drinking water.

This gives customers a clear and trusted way to find approved contractors through water company referral.

Experienced Contractors

On completion of lead pipe renewals or a water supply pipe upgrade, we issue a certificate of works completed, which can be submitted to Thames Water to progress applications or satisfy enforcement notices.

We Certify Our Work

Guaranteed Workmanship

Our certificates confirm that our workmanship satisfies the requirement of the water regulations. They also act as our guarantee of ten years for full supply pipe replacement and two years for supply pipe repairs.
